How do I cancel membership / subscription

I tried to login today and used the password I set recently. It did not work. So I submitted a change password request and nothing has been received in my email inbox. I'm still getting charged for this service and would like some help. if not I will cancel.

The "Change Password: Click this to change your password, instructions will follow. Remember to make your password something you can easily remember and to write your password down somewhere safe!" doesn't work. More specifically, "this" isn't hyperlinked. I have also tried the ole "Forgot Passwork", entered my email, only to not receive an email to change my password. Suggestions?
